Each software build is developed individually based on information provided by the client, including PC hardware specifications, performance requirements, and requested configuration.

Services are provided on an invoice-only basis.
There is no automated checkout or instant purchase.


2. Order Process

  1. The client submits a request via the website.

  2. The client provides required system information.

  3. A custom invoice is issued.

  4. Development begins only after invoice payment is received.

  5. The software is delivered digitally.


3. Payment

Payments are accepted only via UK bank transfer
(Account Number & Sort Code).

This service is available exclusively to UK residents.
Requests from outside the United Kingdom will not be processed.


4. Delivery

Software is delivered digitally after payment.

All software runs locally on the client’s computer.
We do not provide remote access, system control, or ongoing services.


5. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate system information

  • Ensuring compatibility with their computer

  • Using the software in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party software, services, or platforms.


6. No Subscriptions

All services are provided as one-time custom development.
We do not offer subscriptions, recurring payments, or ongoing support contracts.


7. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits

  • Issues arising from incorrect system information provided by the client


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
